So you will learn some Greek but the lessons are just full of errors. Mostly around audio sentences that require the user to select the correct words to complete the sentence. The audio does not match the words on the screen 15% of the time which causes a lot of confusion for sure. There has to be a better app out there for Greek…

I am very pleased with this app so far I am planning a trip to Greece next year so I want to brush up on my Greek

I’ve used another language app and find Mondly quite enjoyable.

Well organized and effective.

I have used the app daily to learn Greek and it has really helped me make progress especially with learning to read Greek. However, there are many mistakes where the correct answer does not match speaking and this is extremely frustrating when you are trying to learn.

I have been trying to learn Greek through other apps. While I have some of the vocabulary there, I was able to start learning useful phrases the first day with Mondly.

I am enjoying this language app. The daily lessons are helpful and quick. Now, I just need to do a little more every day.

A few minor hitches

I took 3 years of Greek in college and didn’t learn as much as I did compared to this app! Very worth the money to buy and I use it everyday!

This is a great start to learning the language. I have found a couple of words that were off when I looked them up but it could have been user error as well. Overall I love this app and the formatting. I would like to have a space where you can learn about how to conjugate verb tenses. It’s possible it’s in there I just haven’t completely explored the full app yet

This app is very helpful. It is relatively easy and you learn little by little. I recommend it.

A little confusing but catching on

Great app for learning languages but always says unlock this with a subscription has great potential and its so much easier to learn Greek online than to spend hours in a class to learn things as I did in the past.🙂

The audio on Mondly very often does not match the text that you see. It is very confusing and frustrating. When I sent them an email asking for a refund, they simply acknowledged that there are “mismatches,” and that I should download an update. I downloaded the update and was charged more money. Finally I just stopped dealing with Mondly and contact Apple and my credit card company. Unbelievable! Save money and aggravation and use another app.

When I try to say anything in chatbot it does not work. Please fix this.

The program is great. The support is non existent. Although I paid for the program I have a difficult time to access the program with my new iPhone. Nobody has returned my numerous emails to solve the issue. So I haven’t been able to use the program.

It’s fun to use this app, but the free part is very limited.

Really enjoy the lessons. Great for reviewing past vocabulary and learning new.

Enjoyable method of repetition, nice graphics, clear audio.

This app started off great but as time goes on there are many many mistakes. What the translator says vs. what the page says are two different things and this happens almost every couple of lessons. Needs to be fixed ASAP in order for people to learn correctly.

I think that this app is ok but it has a few issues like for example it dose not give you enough time to memorize the words ,all it will do is give you a word then expect you to have memorized it after 2 minutes And also it only teaches you the basics,I mean most people only want to know the basics,I know but if your like me you want to know more than the basics. Like for example my Grandpa is from Greece and English is his 2nd language so I want to learn Greek. And so some people have family members from Greece so if you want to learn more than the basics I would go to a different app but over all it is an pretty good app.

I signed up for a monthly subscription which suddenly stopped working. When I tried to fix that issue, via “restore,” I got charged with $60 (for a year subscription.) I immediately contacted the company and they refused to refund the fraudulent charge but did say that they’d instead switched my account to “lifetime access.” I was so disgusted by this that I stopped using the app all together. A year later they charged me another $60 — even though they’d supposedly given me “lifetime access.” I wrote them again, providing the prior emails, and they couldn’t deny they’d offered lifetime access but still refused to refund this most recent charge. I’ve worked hard to learn Greek and I really liked this app at first but it’s NOT WORTH the 100’s of dollars I’ve paid. I could’ve taken a 6 week course in Athens for the same amount of money. This company is real shady. Don’t do business with them. If you sign on for a monthly subscription, they will charge you for that and for a yearly subscription. If you try to contact them, they won’t make it right. Avoid this app altogether. There’s better language apps out there. I know because I’ve used them all. This is the only app that has charged me 100s of dollars for a whole lot of aggravation.

Great app easy to follow

This app has taught me so much. I've tried so many other apps but then once I found mondly it was clearly the best app for learning Greek. I've only tried the Greek app but I'm sure the other ones are great.

A summary of the lesson accessible after completion to revise grammar and vocabulary would enhance the product.

Good use of immersion, repetition, and short modules to make learning a language easy! There are also daily lessons. Love it!

Are authentic and make you feel like you're in-country talking to them.

I used this app for Greek a couple of years ago and liked it. Now I'm coming back to it for German, and I am very pleasantly surprised at how much they have updated and improved the app. It's great!

Basically as the title describes its both an awesome app and fun to use- repetition, clearly recorded voices, and pictures all help you to remember. The one issue I have is the confusion when to use certain grammatical changes in words for us, them, they, he and she and how they change the verb after them as well as current and past tense conjugation.

A nice way to start learning a language.

Mondly is the best language learning app I've ever used. From the very first lesson, I began learning words and phrases that were imperative for everyday communication in my chosen language.

If you want to learn at your own pace and have fun doing it mondly is a great app to have for whatever language your trying to learn!
